This last weekend while I was back in Northern Ireland, we stopped into John for my paddle, and I am just in awe of how beautiful it is! It's a perfect weight, while being sturdy and cuts through the water, and he even wood burned "Ariel Round Ireland" on the right blade. Both ends have a celtic cetacean design, both a whale tale and a dolphin, as well as his logo. It is something that is made just for me, and I couldn't be more excited to take it around the coast.
John has a couple of courses coming up making both paddles (canoe, greenland, ect.) and skin on frame boats. Truly a kind person, and his son did the circumnavigation years ago.
